Delete your Reductinn account
Use this page if you no longer have access to the app or prefer to send a manual request. If you still have the app, open Settings > Support ID to copy your account locator, or Settings > Delete Account to start deletion directly in Reductinn.
Requests for Reductinn are handled by Dirkes Medical, PLLC. If you have a Support ID from the app, include it in your message. If you created an email login, include that address too. If you only used guest mode, include the Support ID from the app. Without it, we may not be able to verify and locate the correct guest record safely.
Include these details
- Your Support ID from Settings in the Reductinn app. This is required for guest-mode manual requests.
- The email address used for your Reductinn login, if any.
- Whether you used guest mode instead of creating a login.
- Your approximate last date of app use.
- A short statement that you want your Reductinn account deleted.
What gets deleted
We delete the Reductinn app account and app-linked data we can associate with it, including lesson progress, assessment history, and related records stored in our app systems.
What may remain
Apple, Google, and payment or infrastructure providers may retain transaction logs, security records, or other data they must keep for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
If you still have the app
You can copy your Support ID from Settings > Support ID, or initiate deletion directly in the app at Settings > Delete Account. If you no longer have the app and only used guest mode, we may not be able to process a manual request without that Support ID.
